Queensland's Agriculture Strategy

This consultation is now closed and responses are being considered.

The Queensland Government released the draft of Queensland's Agriculture Strategy for consultation. The draft Strategy outlines government's vision to double the value of food production by 2040.

Our aim is to grow agriculture as one of the four pillars of the Queensland economy. This draft Strategy has been developed to engage stakeholders and the community in a discussion about how we reach this aim. Read the draft of Queensland's Agriculture Strategy.

Feedback from this consultation will inform the final version of Queensland's Agriculture Strategy.
